Patrick Lee

CEO & Managing Partner

Patrick is a retired US Navy veteran, raised in Greenville, MS, and has been stationed in several locations around the United States and served in many locations over seas. After spending several of his duty assignments in Jacksonville, FL over the years, he decided to make The Gateway to Florida his home.

Patrick is passionate about engaging in continuous learning, which has translated into a healthy appetite for real estate investing. Patrick has invested primarily in the single family market space since 2008. The attention to detail that was ingrained in him during his military career and his ever-increasing interest in real estate led to a natural progression for he and his partner into the multifamily investing space.

Lorraine Lee

Managing Partner

Lorraine has worked in the human services industry for 25

years, gaining experience in problem solving, building relationships,

and producing achievable outcomes for her clients. She has served in key leadership roles, helping to grow small to medium size

businesses, and now focuses her efforts on Community Outreach

and multifamily acquisition projects. Together with her partner,

Lorraine’s business background and results driven approach

contributed to building a successful strategy helping deliver profitable deals for their investors.
